Our mission is to provide every child with a quality early childhood experience. We strive to create a safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment which fosters individual needs. Our staff view education as a partnership between parents and teachers. We believe it is essential to develop a good rapport with each child and parent based on open communication and mutual respect. We believe in empowering children by offering them opportunities to make decisions and solve problems. It is our goal that the children will possess confidence in their abilities and establish lasting relationship with teachers and peers. By offering an engaging curriculum it is our aspiration that each child will develop a positive outlook towards school, a better appreciation of the world around them and acquire a lifelong love for learning during their time spent at sri kidz.

Environment
Children learn best in a cheerful atmosphere with orderliness, calmness and purposeful work.
The SriKidz stresses on freedom of choice in a prepared environment where a child chooses his activity under the guidance of trained adults to develop and flourish. The classrooms are arranged to offer challenging work where children learn to discover and work together as a team. They are exposed to both group-activities as well as individual activities. A defining feature of our school is its vast outdoor natural environment complete with trees, flowering plants and play-equipment that encourages the child to be himself where he gets the opportunity to enjoy the nature.

Our Staff
The role of the teacher is to observe the child as individual and guide his /her journey of self discovery .Our teachers are specially trained to guide children to appropriate activities when they need directions while also allowing them a freedom of choice when a child shows initiative.
Leadership just doesn’t happen, it happens when excellent people come togeter. We create an indentity for ourselves, we set our bench marks ourselves.Our teachers work hard and see to that our cildren perform well just not in academics but every sphere of activtiy, every related talent that’s there with them will bloom in the school.We work with new idead every single moment and always update ourselves with new methodology of preschool learning system & creativity etc.,

Being very passionate about children and a strong belief that a right education is very important for their life ahead , she decided to start her own school. A school that will prepare the children to take on the future with confidence and zeal propelled by the gift of knowledge.
She has been working with children’s learning programs for more than a decade and also strives to meet the child’s needs with respect and support at each step in the educational journey.
