To provide a home like environment, this is specially important for those children, who are encountering their first experience away from home. We assure to give good student teacher ratio . This enables the teachers to have a powerful l impact on each child’s development by giving them the individual attention that is essential during their early years.
We appoint teachers who are experienced and knowledgeable about early childhood education. They work collaboratively with one another to support each other in providing an atmosphere that is safe and engaging for all children. They are appointed because they represent the values and beliefs of learn and play preschool.
The teacher provides a consistent schedule with a balance between teacher directed and child-centered activities, by providing a setting which fosters self esteem, builds confidence and is based on respect, it is our goal that the children will be empowered to take risk in their learning through guided discovery and hands on learning, children will be involved in a fully integrated curriculum. The broad range of age appropriate activities will easily engage children, activities will be based on monthly academic units of study. In addition for the preschool program, a weekly letter focus (i.e the letter A) social skills themes (i.e. friendship) as well as literature theme days.
The children will be introduced to multidisciplinary experiences including children literature, dramatic play, puppet shows, listening centers, art and crafts, science discovery and nature, cooking, sensory activities, social skills development, music and singing, fine and large motor skills, along with this we organize field trips, etc.
